Terms and conditions

The rules for using PriceDecode, in language you can actually check us against. Using the site means you accept them. Last updated October 2026.

1. What PriceDecode is

PriceDecode compares product prices and availability across online stores in India, and sends you to those stores to shop. Cashback and share2earn remain available for eligible tracked purchases. We are not the seller. We do not stock, sell, price, ship or return anything. When you buy, your contract is with the store, under the store's own terms - including everything about delivery, cancellation, warranty, refunds and returns.

2. Who can use it

  • You must be 18 or older and able to enter a contract under Indian law.
  • One account per person. Extra accounts created to claim the same cashback more than once may be closed and their balances forfeited.
  • The details on your account must be yours and accurate. Cashback is paid to the account holder, so a wrong name or contact makes a payout impossible to complete.
  • You are responsible for what happens under your login. Tell us at support@pricedecode.in if you think someone else has access.

3. Product prices and availability

Product prices and availability are entered and periodically verified by our team from store pages. They are not real-time quotes. A store can change a price, stock state, delivery condition or product configuration at any time without notifying us. The store product page and the final checkout amount are authoritative, and you must confirm the exact variant before ordering.

We show when a price was last verified, but we cannot guarantee that it remains available when you click. PriceDecode is not responsible for a purchase decision, missed saving or other loss caused by a delayed, incomplete or inaccurate store price. Our verification method is explained in how we verify prices.

4. Earnings, and when they become yours

The full detail lives on cashback terms and timelines. In short:

  • Pending is an estimate, not a promise. It can move up or down when the store reports the final order.
  • Confirmed means the store validated the order - usually 30 to 90 days after purchase, once its return window closes. Only confirmed earnings can be withdrawn.
  • Cancelled means the store rejected it, normally because of a return, a cancellation, an exchange, or terms that were not met. That decision is the store's, and it is final.
  • Withdrawals need a confirmed balance of at least ₹250. We charge no fee, and a confirmed balance does not expire.
  • A missing order must be claimed by the 7th of the month after it was placed, with proof of purchase. One claim per order.

Tracking can fail for reasons outside our control - ad blockers, other cashback or shopping extensions, a cart filled before activating, a purchase finished in a later session, or another affiliate link opened before checkout. We will chase a claim with the store, but we cannot pay cashback on an order the store never attributed to us.

5. share2earn

share2earn lets you generate a trackable link to a page on an eligible store and share it. If someone shops through your link without being logged into their own PriceDecode account, the order is credited to you at that store's normal published rate. If they are logged in, it is credited to them instead. Links do not expire and there is no limit on how many you create.

Sharing your own links is fine. Spamming them, buying traffic to them, posting them where they break another site's rules, or using them to game a store's new-customer terms is not, and will cost you the balance earned that way.

6. Fair use, and what gets an account closed

We may suspend or close an account, and withhold or reverse unpaid balances, where we find:

  • Multiple accounts used to claim the same cashback, or accounts opened in someone else's name.
  • Orders placed to harvest cashback and then cancelled or returned as a pattern.
  • Bots, scripts, scrapers or automated clicking against any part of the site.
  • Attempts to interfere with tracking, or to manipulate rates, claims or wallet balances.
  • Anything that a store treats as fraud and charges back to us.

Where an account is closed for one of these, we will say which one. If you think we have it wrong, reply and we will look again.

7. Affiliate disclosure

Outbound links to stores are affiliate links, and we earn a commission on purchases made through them. Those links are marked as sponsored in the page markup. Cashback is your share of that commission. Nothing on PriceDecode is a paid placement presented as an editorial recommendation - see the editorial policy.

8. Content and trademarks

The pages, layout, copy and design of PriceDecode belong to us. You are welcome to link to us and to quote short passages with credit; copying pages wholesale, scraping the site, or republishing our product or price data as your own is not allowed.

Brand, product, store names and logos belong to their respective owners. They appear here to identify products and online stores, which does not imply any endorsement or partnership beyond an affiliate relationship.

9. What we do not promise

The site is provided as it is. We do not warrant that it will be available without interruption, that every displayed price is current, or that a store will honour a previously observed price or availability state. To the extent Indian law allows, PriceDecode is not liable for indirect or consequential loss, for lost savings when a price changes, or for anything arising out of your dealings with a store - and our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the confirmed cashback balance in your account at the time the claim arises.

You agree to cover us for losses that come out of your misuse of the site, your breach of these terms, or your breach of the law.

10. Changes, and ending things

We update these terms as the service changes; the date at the top of this page moves when we do. Continuing to use PriceDecode after a change means you accept it. You can close your account whenever you like by writing to support@pricedecode.in - withdraw any confirmed balance first, because a closed account cannot pay out.

11. Governing law, and complaints

These terms are governed by the laws of India, and the courts at Mumbai have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.

Before it gets that far, write to us. Complaints and grievances go to support@pricedecode.in or the contact form. We acknowledge within 24 hours and aim to resolve within 15 days.
